Terms of Service
Last updated: 2026-10-01
These Terms of Service ("Terms") are an agreement between you and Zxro, based in India ("we", "us", "our"). They apply when you visit myrestos.com (the "Website") or buy myrestos (the "Software"). By using the Website or completing a purchase, you agree to these Terms, our License, our Privacy Policy and our Refund Policy. If you don't agree, please don't use the Website or buy the Software.
1. Who can buy
You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding contract under the laws that apply to you. If you buy on behalf of a company or other organisation, you confirm that you are authorised to bind it to these Terms, and "you" means that organisation.
2. What you're buying
myrestos is downloadable source code for a QR restaurant ordering platform: a customer ordering app, a restaurant dashboard and a platform admin panel, with setup documentation. You are buying a license to use that code; you are not buying a hosted service, a subscription or ownership of the code.
You run your own copy on infrastructure you choose (for example Supabase and Vercel). You are responsible for setting up, hosting, paying for, securing and operating it. Screenshots, demos and descriptions on the Website show the Software as it is at the time of writing and are for illustration.
3. License
Your use of the Software is governed by the License, which is also included as the LICENSE file in the download. In short: one license covers one brand, you can serve unlimited restaurants with it, and you may not resell or share the source code. If these Terms and the License conflict on how you may use the Software, the License applies.
4. Prices, payment and taxes
Prices are shown on the Website in USD and are one-time payments. Orders are processed by Dodo Payments, which acts as our Merchant of Record: it sells the Software to you on our behalf, takes payment, issues your invoice and collects any applicable sales tax, VAT or GST, which may be added at checkout depending on where you are. Your payment is also subject to Dodo Payments' own terms. Your bank may charge currency conversion or foreign transaction fees; we don't control or refund those.
We may change our prices at any time. A price change never affects an order you have already paid for.
5. Delivery
The Software is delivered digitally. Right after successful payment, you receive an email with a download link for the code as it is on the day you buy. If you don't receive it within 24 hours (check your spam folder), email rezonatex.help@gmail.com and we'll sort it out. You are responsible for keeping a copy of your download.
6. Right to cancel and refunds
Because the Software is digital content delivered immediately, by completing your purchase you ask us to deliver it straight away and acknowledge that you lose any statutory right to withdraw from the purchase once delivery has started (for example, the 14-day cancellation right for consumers in the EU and UK). Refunds are available only in the cases set out in our Refund Policy. Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you have as a consumer that cannot be excluded by law.
7. Updates and support
The purchase includes SETUP.md, a step-by-step guide to deploying the Software. Future versions, new features and ongoing technical support are not included. Anything extra we choose to provide is at our discretion and doesn't create an obligation to continue it. We'll always help with problems about your order or download at rezonatex.help@gmail.com.
8. Your responsibilities
When you deploy and run the Software, you are solely responsible for:
- your deployment, its security, uptime, backups and the accounts and API keys you use;
- your relationship with your own customers (such as restaurants and their diners), including your pricing, terms, support and any promises you make to them;
- complying with the laws that apply to your business, such as tax and GST, payments, consumer protection, food-business rules and data protection. You decide what personal data your deployment collects, so you are the data controller (or data fiduciary) for it, not us;
- the terms, fees and limits of third-party services the Software depends on, such as Supabase, Vercel and payment providers.
You must not use the Website or the Software for anything illegal, fraudulent or harmful.
9. Intellectual property
We own the Software, the Website and the myrestos name and logo, including all intellectual property in them. Apart from the rights in the License, nothing transfers any of it to you. The Software includes open-source components that remain under their own licenses, which also apply to your use of those components. If you send us feedback or suggestions, we may use them freely without obligation to you.
10. Disclaimer of warranties
To the extent permitted by law, the Software and the Website are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, merchantability and non-infringement. We don't guarantee that the Software will be error-free, secure or uninterrupted, that it will meet your business needs, or that you will earn any revenue from it. Where the law doesn't allow these warranties to be excluded, they are limited to the minimum the law allows.
11. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill or business opportunity, arising from the Software or the Website, even if we were told they were possible. Our total liability for all claims relating to the Software, the Website or these Terms is limited to the amount you paid us for the Software.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability for fraud, for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for anything else that cannot be limited or excluded by law.
12. Indemnity
You agree to compensate us for reasonable losses and costs (including legal fees) arising from claims by third parties, including your customers, that relate to your deployment of the Software, your business or your breach of these Terms or the License.
13. Termination
If you breach these Terms or the License, we may end your License by notice. You must then stop using the Software and delete all copies. A license ended for breach is not refunded. Sections 8 to 16 continue to apply after termination.
14. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. If you have a problem, please contact us first at rezonatex.help@gmail.com so we can try to resolve it informally within 30 days. If we can't, the dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of India. If you are a consumer, this doesn't take away any mandatory protection you have under the laws of the country where you live, including the right to bring a claim there.
15. General
- These Terms, the License, the Privacy Policy and the Refund Policy are the entire agreement between you and us about the Software.
- If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the rest stays in effect.
- If we don't enforce a right straight away, we haven't given it up.
- You may not transfer your rights under these Terms without our written consent. We may transfer ours, for example if we sell the business, provided your rights aren't reduced.
- We aren't responsible for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control.
- These Terms don't create a partnership, employment or agency relationship between us.
16. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time, and the date at the top shows the latest version. The version in force when you bought the Software applies to that purchase.
